Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and testing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to analyze data effectively. The Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining compliance with industry standards, including ISO 13485 and CGMP.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of products using various measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality and detect defects.
Perform quality audits to ensure adherence to established quality assurance protocols.
Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports on findings.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to quality control.
Requirements
High school pass with interest in science
Able to follow instructions written in the operating instructions
Able to make accurate measurements using ruler, micrometer, weighing balance
Interested to do basic analysis like pH, Total solids, acid, alkali titrations (can be trained for the required skill set)
Able to do documentation of the measurements done on formats provided in legible manner
Basic computer knowledge for data recording in excel, word etc.
Keen observation skills and good with numbers
Proactive and inquisitive to anticipate issues based on the measured data and shopfloor observations
Team player both intra and interdepartmental
