Mechanical QC Inspector (CSWIP Certified)
Salary Range
: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical QC Inspector with a strong background in field pipeline, welding, and structural experience to
join our growing team
! Responsibilities: Â Conduct inspections of pipelines, welds, and structural components in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, API).
Utilize CSWIP inspection techniques to verify weld quality and identify potential defects. Prepare and maintain comprehensive inspection reports and documentation. Recommend and implement corrective actions for non-conformances. Collaborate effectively with engineers, welders, and other QC personnel. Maintain a strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and
safety protocols
.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in field mechanical
quality control
inspection, specifically in pipelines, welding, and structural projects. Valid CSWIP certification (mandatory, specify level if needed). In-depth knowledge of welding processes, procedures, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
Experience with
relevant inspection
tools and equipment
. Excellent
attention to detail
and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment
. Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills.
