Your Role
You will lead and develop people, processes, and systems that ensure the highest safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency You will work on comprehensive reports, provide timely responses, and be the point of contact between the various departments within the company and customers. Your typical shift will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Your Responsibilities
Prepare all quality reports and analyze them to identify negative and positive quality trends
Make recommendations for improvements
Provide associates with in-the-moment training when opportunities for improvement present themselves
Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included
Examine records such as manifests, invoices, BOLs (Bills of Lading); resolve process inefficiencies
Investigate issues concerning overdue, damaged, or shortages in shipments; provide updates to customers promptly
Participate in quality meetings and meeting minutes
Maintain Quality Management System

Your Skills and Experiences
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in an GxP regulated environment (medical
device, combination products, biologics, pharmaceutical or food)
Experience supervising or overseeing individuals
Experience developing/reviewing work instructions,
SOP’s or guidance’s
History of working with other departments to achieve
tasks completely and in timely manner
Ability to multitask
Proficiency
with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (for data analysis,
reporting, and tracking)
Analytical
skills
Knowledge
and experience working in compliance with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, or other
quality management frameworks preferred.
Experience
in utilizing technology and systems to monitor, analyze, and report on quality
metrics and data.
Preferred
knowledge of working in pharma/healthchain, GxP, coldchain, 3PL and/or
manufacturing setting.
The
ideal candidate should possess a strong ability to work both independently and
collaboratively within a team.
Additionally, they must demonstrate excellent
time management skills, with the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks and
consistently meet deadlines.
