In this role, you’ll review and refine Yarbo’s written and visual content across channels—ensuring everything from social posts and landing pages to email campaigns and product messaging meets our standards for tone, clarity, consistency, and impact. You’ll work closely with our content creators, translators, and designers to elevate every piece of communication before it goes live.
Responsibilities:
Review and edit content across platforms (website, social media, emails, print, video scripts, subtitles, etc.) for accuracy, tone, grammar, and clarity.
Ensure all materials align with Yarbo’s brand voice, language standards, and messaging guidelines.
Conduct cultural and linguistic checks for region-specific content (e.g., US, Canada, Europe, etc.).
Collaborate with the design and video teams to ensure text and visuals work cohesively.
Provide feedback to writers and translators to improve quality and consistency over time.
Help maintain and evolve our internal style guides and tone of voice documentation.
Support QA for major campaigns, product launches, and media placements to prevent public-facing errors.
Occasionally assist with copywriting or rewriting when content requires significant polishing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in content editing, QA, localization review, or copywriting.
Excellent English writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail and brand tone.
Familiarity with content types such as DTC ecommerce, tech marketing, or lifestyle branding.
Ability to balance consistency with adaptability across content formats and platforms.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $57,665.00 – $63,070.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
