Job Overview:
*Traveling to jobs sites required up to 40-60 miles from Davison, MI

We are seeking an experienced to assist in punch list completion, quality control, material deliveries, and general project support. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards while supporting our field crews with necessary materials and oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform punch list work to finalize project details and ensure quality completion.
Conduct quality control inspections on construction sites, ensuring work meets company and industry standards.
Assist project managers with job site coordination and support as needed.
Run materials to job sites to ensure crews have what they need to stay productive.
Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to help maintain smooth project flow.
Maintain a clean and organized job site and assist in final project walkthroughs.
Document and report any quality issues or needed corrections.
Provide hands-on support with minor repairs, adjustments, or final touches.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in construction, general contracting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of punch list work and quality control in residential and commercial construction.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, project scopes, and specifications.
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.51 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

Weekends as needed
