Develop and implement rigorous QA/QC procedures for MEP systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits on-site to identify potential quality issues and initiate corrective actions promptly. Collaborate with project teams to facilitate

Monitor and report on the quality performance of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of
quality control
activities, including non-conformance reports and corrective action plans. Lead root cause analysis for any quality failures, proposing effective solutions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate with the design team to provide feedback on quality concerns during the design phase to mitigate issues before execution.
Assist in the development of project quality plans and policies, ensuring they meet regulatory and client requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MEP

Desired Candidate Profile
 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering;
advanced degrees
preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the MEP sector, demonstrating progressive responsibility. Professional certifications such as CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) are highly desirable. Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects, showcasing expertise in
