We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and ISO 9001 standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze data from quality control processes to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for enhancement.
Lead quality assurance projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor team members on QA/QC best practices and regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and compliance status for management review.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) within a manufacturing or clinical environment.
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO 9001 standards.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives effectively.
Proficient in conducting quality audits and inspections with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding quality improvements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
