⏰ Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Role: Mid-Level Manual QA Analyst
What You’ll Be Doing
Design, write, and execute manual test cases based on best practices
Conduct thorough testing across web, mobile, and API platforms
Ensure compliance with SDLC and CMMI quality standards
Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing using tools like Postman
Create test plans, requirement traceability matrices, and test documentation
Report and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and senior QA members
Participate in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews
Review and guide junior QA members on test strategies and quality standards
Support process improvements to enhance overall QA efficiency

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in manual QA testing
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle
Experience with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar
Skilled in creating detailed test plans, cases, and summary reports
Familiar with defect tracking and requirement traceability
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
