Position 1-2: Quality Assurance Engineer (Mid/Senior)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own software quality across projects, products, and systems.
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
- Ensure adequate functional and non-functional test coverage.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product and process improvements.
- Conduct risk assessment and impact analysis for system changes and new requirements.
- Drive quality initiatives, test automation adoption, and Shift-Left Testing practices.
- Review testing activities, assign tasks, and balance workloads within the QA team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality throughout the SDLC.
- Define and monitor quality metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance for Intermediate level.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance for Senior level.
- Strong experience in Manual Testing and Test Management.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Understanding of Test Pyramid concepts and various testing levels.
- Knowledge of software architecture, cloud environments, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Position 3: Mobile Automation Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for Android and iOS applications.
- Create and execute mobile automation test scripts to ensure application quality.
- Develop scalable and reusable mobile automation solutions using Appium and related frameworks.
- Integrate mobile automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Validate application functionality across multiple devices, operating systems, and environments.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve mobile automation issues.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to improve mobile application quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of mobile testing processes and automation standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in Mobile Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Appium.
- Experience testing Android and/or iOS applications.
- Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks and device management tools.
- Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments is preferred.
