This is onsite position in HCMC, Mon – Fri
Responsibilities
- Follow established QA/QC processes and review guidelines..
- Perform manual and automated testing for products, new features, and updates.
- Collaborate with Developers, Designers, and Product Owners to ensure product quality.
- Classify defects by severity and priority.
- Create, update, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test reports.
- Record all findings in bug tracking tools and provide regular quality reports to the Project Manager or QA Lead.
- Propose corrective and preventive actions and recommend improvements to enhance player experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing, preferably with web, mobile, or gamification applications.
- Proficiency in test planning, test case design, test execution, defect reporting, and regression testing.
- Experience using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Experience with API testing using Postman; familiarity with SQL and basic automation testing concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.
