🚀 Your Mission
As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring test activities, ensuring that applications meet business requirements and quality standards before going live.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and execute functional and business test scenarios
- Create and maintain test cases and test documentation
- Analyze requirements and ensure adequate test coverage
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Test Leads
- Support Go/No-Go decisions by providing accurate testing insights
- Monitor testing progress, risks, and quality indicators
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices
🧠 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices (ISTQB knowledge is a plus)
- Experience creating test plans, test schedules, and defect management processes
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
🌍 Languages
- French – Mandatory
- English – Professional working proficiency
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or insurance projects
- Knowledge of Octane
- Experience with SQL, API testing, or SAS
- Familiarity with Control-M or other scheduling tools
- ISTQB Certification
