We’re looking for a team member who is versatile, enthusiastic, and displays leadership qualities when tackling new challenges. This candidate enjoys taking responsibility in a self-managed team and understands and supports the principles of agile.
Responsibilities
Drive the full cycle of Product testing (black/white box, front end/back-end, functional, Regression, integration, smoke, API testing, cross-browser, etc.)
Make requirements analysis (Gather, Test, Update, Organize, Tools)
Creating Sprint Test Plan, making reports
Writing and maintenance of test cases, performing the bug-tracking
Provide estimates for different testing activities
Provide actual status to the Team and other stakeholders
Identify and help solve challenges in the development pipeline
Setup QA processes using Forte’s best practices in collaboration with centers of QA expertise
Share knowledge with other Team members, contribute to the project
documentation
Contribute into continuous improvement of the product Testing strategy
Requirements
3+ years in a Manual QA position with deep understanding of QA processes, approaches, methodologies and SDLC
Experience in software testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, User Acceptance, UI)
Experience in API testing
Experience in producing key test assets (requirements gathering, test plans, test reports, bug-tracking)
Basic knowledge of programming language and understanding of automation testing would be a plus
Experience with Jira and Test Management systems
Excellent communication, problem solving, leadership, collaboration and time management skills; ability to apply the knowledge into daily operation
Great wish and ability to work with new experience receiving
Bright and engaging with start-up energy and passion
Upper-intermediate English or higher
