Position Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Middle/Senior Quality Control (QC, Tester) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help ensure the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications that serve patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities
Execute manual testing across web applications and mobile applications (iOS/Android) for our product.
Create and maintain detailed test cases and test plans
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
Verify proper integration between patient, provider, and pharmacy interfaces
Document and track bugs using issue tracking systems
Work closely with developers to resolve identified issues
Validate compliance with HIPAA requirements and healthcare data security standards
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of software QA testing experience
2-3 years experience in testing mobile apps (iOS/Android)
Experience with test case management tools and bug tracking systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities (English and Vietnamese)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing priorities
Experience testing healthcare or pharmacy applications preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security
Experience with API testing
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience testing payment processing systems
Experience working in a startup environment
