Remote Mortgage Claims Quality Assurance Analyst
Are you an experienced mortgage servicing professional with a strong background in FHA, VA, USDA, or supplemental foreclosure claims? We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Claims Quality Assurance Analyst to review claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
Position Details
- Location: Remote
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Equipment: Provided
- Training: On-the-job or formal classroom-style training; schedule to be determined
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience with FHA, VA, USDA, or supplemental foreclosure claims QA/QC testing or claim filing
- Strong understanding of mortgage servicing practices and the claims lifecycle
- Knowledge of foreclosure processes and applicable agency guidelines
- Experience with FHA Claims Part B and CWCOT document processing strongly preferred
- Direct claims QA experience is a plus; candidates with strong FHA claims experience in related functions will also be considered
- Experience with LPS/MSP Mortgage Servicing Platform preferred
