Role Responsibilities

Test and evaluate intelligent mobile workflows and app interactions using your own Motorola Razr device.
Execute a variety of real-world scenarios on the Motorola Razr to ensure accurate data collection.
Identify, document, and communicate software bugs, user experience issues, and unexpected agent behaviors.
Collaborate closely with the customer's team and provide clear, actionable written and verbal feedback.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail during repeated test cycles and exploratory tasks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems by providing high-quality, annotated feedback.

Requirements

Own a Motorola Razr phone and have daily user expertise.
Possess strong technical proficiency and comfort troubleshooting mobile device issues.
Have demonstrated experience using mobile applications and navigating complex app environments.
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to quality assurance tasks.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing thorough, constructive feedback.
Hold a Bachelor s degree or higher in any field.
