Position Summary:
Bull City Talent Group’s direct client has an immediate need for a Retail MP&A (merchandise planning & allocation) SME with retail supply chain systems implementation experience, particularly in testing roles. The consultant will join an existing o9 Solutions implementation as it enters the testing cycles and must provide MP&A subject matter expertise to ensure the testing methods and content are directly aligned to MP&A processes and outcomes.
As the MP&A Test Lead, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination, thorough testing coverage, and high-quality deliverables across integration testing, functional testing, QA, and UAT of the o9 solution. Strong expertise in testing analytics solutions and effectively communicating test outcomes at all organizational levels, including executive leadership and steering committees, is a must.
Desired QA/Testing
Skills and Experience:
Multiple MP&A and related retail supply chain system rollouts supporting or leading QA/Test activities.
Proven experience in testing analytics systems, with a strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and insights validation.
Experience with integration testing, functional testing, QA, and UAT in complex enterprise systems.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other test management platforms.
Preferred
Skills:
Experience with the o9 platform.
