Quality Assurance Coordinator
Join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of our operation!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and maintain food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, SSOP, Food Defense).
Oversee lab testing and inspect raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and finished products.
Conduct daily quality control and analyze trends to drive improvements.
Coordinate training on food safety, hygiene, and allergen control.
Lead and support audits (FDA, SQF, customer) and manage corrective actions.
Investigate customer complaints and product deviations with root cause analysis.
Manage quality documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.
2+ years in food manufacturing quality assurance.
Experience with audits, documentation control, and corrective actions. SQF certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, GMP, FDA, and USDA standards.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator.
Comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural environments and hot production settings.
