Role Description
This is a contract role for an MT PT VT Level 2 certified professional under ISO 9712 standards. The role involves performing Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT) inspections in compliance with ISO 9712 requirements. The position is hybrid and will require work based in Germany, with the flexibility of remote work for specific tasks. Responsibilities include planning and executing NDT inspections, preparing detailed reports, maintaining compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Certification in MT, PT, and VT Level 2 in accordance with ISO 9712 standards.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and preparing inspection reports.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance in NDT processes.
- Experience in using NDT tools and instrumentation for accurate defect detection.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
- Basic computer competency for documentation and report generation.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with the ability to travel as needed within Berlin, Germany.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
