Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, as well as the ability to analyze schematics and contracts to ensure that all work meets specified requirements.
Duties
Perform inspections on construction sites to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards.
Analyze construction plans, schematics, and contracts to verify compliance with project specifications.
Conduct quality inspections on pipelines and other construction elements to identify any defects or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with construction management teams to address any issues found during inspections and recommend corrective actions.
Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Maintain an organized record of inspection activities and results, ensuring easy access for future reference.
Experience
Proven experience in construction inspection or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with construction site operations and pipeline systems is highly desirable.
Strong background in quality inspection and control processes.
Ability to effectively analyze technical documents, including contracts and schematics.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting findings clearly.
Must hold valid ICC Concrete, ICC Masonry, ICC Bolting and ICC Fireproofing certifications.

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
