Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to excellence and will involve collaboration across various departments to implement effective quality systems.

Duties

Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Analyze production processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement in quality control measures.
Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with FDA regulations, CGMP, ISO 9001, and HACCP standards.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into all phases of production.
Fabricate and maintain documentation related to quality control processes, including reports on inspection findings and corrective actions taken.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Lead investigations into product defects or non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality control management within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of quality audits, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements (FDA regulations, CGMP, ISO 9001, HACCP).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality throughout all processes.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments while leading initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality.

Pay: $101,400.00 – $202,533.00 per year
