Position: NDT Technician Level 2 Permanent Role
Location: Ingersoll
Take on a pivotal role as a Level 2 NDT Technician in Ingersoll, ON. This permanent position emphasizes Ultrasonic and Magnetic Particle Testing within a standard work schedule.
As an NDT Technician, you will conduct inspections in alignment with CGSB/ISO or NAS
410 standards. Your duties will involve interpreting inspection results, completing detailed documentation, and maintaining equipment standards. This role allows you to support junior technicians while ensuring safety and compliance across all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct UT and MT inspections according to regulations
• Calibrate and operate NDT inspection equipment
• Interpret and apply inspection criteria effectively
• Maintain quality documentation and reports
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and trainees
Requirements:
• 2-year Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent
• Valid CGSB/ISO MT2 & UT1 certification required
• MT2 & UT2 certification under NAS
410 preferred
• Strong attention to detail in accuracy
• Ability to work in challenging industrial environments
