What you’ll do as a NESC Pole Inspector/Surveyor
Inspect Utility Poles for NESC Violations
Verify with Photos and GPS
Keep detailed records of what is necessary to make the pole compliant
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Must have in-depth knowledge of the NESC telecommunications standards
Possess a valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle
Salary Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Effective January 1, 2024, this position is designated by C-2 Utility Contractors as a safety-sensitive position pursuant to Wash. SB 5123 (2023), § 2 (to be codified at Title 49, Chapter 49.44 of the Wash. Rev. Code). As such, this position is exempt pursuant to Wash. SB 5123 (2023), the Washington state law related to pre-employment testing for marijuana. Please be advised that due to the designation of this position as safety-sensitive (and notice to you of the same), you will be subject to pre-employment testing for marijuana and its metabolites.
