We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality & Inventory Specialist to support warehouse operations, ensure product quality, and maintain accurate inventory. Key Responsibilities

Conduct forklift inspections to ensure operational safety.
Review and prepare for upcoming inbound shipments.
Inspect and record damage for materials, following quality assurance processes and procedures
Receive inbound product: validate counts, label with date, and store appropriately.
Retrieve finished goods or raw materials for team members as needed.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe working environment.
Perform full inventory counts every Friday.
Count and record shipping supply inventory on the last day of each month.
Assist with staging and preparing outbound wholesale shipments, including labeling and generating BOLs.
Support other warehouse functions when team members are unavailable (e.g., GWSI transfers, Turn90 pickups, snack restocking).
Quality Assurance Duties
Inspect all received shipments for quantity accuracy and quality compliance.
Identify and distinguish between supplier-related issues and in-house manufacturing defects
Record defects accurately by type and communicate findings with suppliers or internal teams.
Support return processes to suppliers and implement corrective action plans when necessary.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.
Prior experience in manufacturing, textiles, or quality control is a plus.
Ability to spot product flaws and document issues with precision.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Certified or experienced in forklift operation.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Committed to maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Previous experience with data entry and utilizing ERP software for inventory and quality management.
