JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review payment documentation for construction teams submitted by project sites. Conduct random quality inspections of installed items to verify the accuracy and integrity of payment records.
- Verify and certify completed construction quantities on-site.
- Prepare progress payment and final account documentation.
- Compile acceptance reports, as-built records, and site diaries submitted by Site Managers and Supervisors into complete progress payment and final account dossiers.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Kiểm tra các hồ sơ thanh toán cho tổ đội do công trình gửi về. Kiểm tra xác suất chất lượng các sản phẩm được lắp đặt để đảm bảo tính trung thực của hồ sơ thanh toán.
- Nghiệm thu khối lượng thi công trong công trình.
- Làm hồ sơ thanh toán giai đoạn/quyết toán.
- Tập hợp các biên bản Nghiệm thu, hoàn công, nhật ký của chỉ huy trưởng/ giám sát từ công trình gửi về để lập thành bộ hồ sơ thanh toán giai đoạn/quyết toán.

- Mỗi tháng được 1 ngày phép năm và truy thu thêm 2 ngày phép chưa được dùng ở thời gian thử việc. Cứ 02 tháng sẽ được thêm 1 ngày về thăm nhà đối với nhân viên tuyển dụng từ địa phương khác về
- Các ngày nghỉ lễ, tết theo luật định, trường hợp phải làm thêm vào ngày nghỉ sẽ tính tăng ca theo quy định
