About the Role:

As a QC Tech at our manufacturing facility in Sherman, TX, your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality control and ensuring that our products meet all regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in identifying any defects or issues in the production process. By conducting thorough inspections and tests, you will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in quality control or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues
  • Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating a forklift
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
  • Certification in quality control or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues

Responsibilities:

  • Performing quality control inspections on products during the night shift
  • Conducting tests and measurements to ensure product accuracy and compliance with specifications
  • Identifying and documenting any defects or issues in the production process
  • Collaborating with the production team to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control data

Skills:

As a QC Tech, your skills in forklift operation will be utilized to transport products and materials within the manufacturing facility. Your attention to detail and ability to operate the forklift safely and efficiently will contribute to the smooth flow of production. Additionally, your skills in quality control will be essential in conducting inspections and tests to ensure product accuracy and compliance. Your ability to analyze data and identify trends will help in identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Days and weekend day shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
