We are looking for a skilled Non-Functional Tester with expertise in performance testing and software lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct performance testing using JMeter.
Utilise OpenShift, Grafana, and Bash scripting for automation and monitoring.
Participate in the software development and testing lifecycle.
Develop test strategies, workload designs, and defect management processes.
Prepare and present documentation and recommendations.
Collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
Demonstrate a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with JMeter.
Knowledge of OpenShift, Grafana, and Bash scripting is a plus.
Strong skills in test planning, execution, and defect management.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Experience working in international/multicultural teams.
