Quality Engineer
Permanent Position
ASAP Start
Monday to Thursday 08.15 – 17.00, Friday 08.15 – 13.30
Motherwell
The Quality Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
Analyse and assess GD&T and (DVA) studies.
Examine customer RFQ packs, specifications, and requirements to ensure thorough understanding and accurate costing for DV, PV, and in-process testing
Develop and maintain Process Flow documentation and Control Plans.
Gather measurement and attribute data, conduct in-depth analysis, and compile reports to present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Leading by example
, ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System
The Quality Engineer will require the following experience:
Strong understanding of quality systems, measurement techniques, and statistical analysis tools
In-depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP and FMEA
Experience in interpreting engineering standards, component test standards, and testing techniques.
