🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Efficiency Specialist / Process Manager / Compliance Inspector to support operational optimization, process improvement, and compliance initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, maintaining operational standards, and supporting structured business operations.

- Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance reviews, operational assessments, and process audits

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure process alignment and efficiency

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Compliance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in operations, compliance, process improvement, quality assurance, or related roles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of operational workflows, compliance standards, or process management principles
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting systems, and operational tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
