Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our quality assurance team on the South Shore of Kauai. The Property Inspector will ensure our properties are clean, up-to-date, and guest-ready.
Duties
Perform arrival and departure inspections of vacation rental properties in the Poipu region.
Inventory supply levels and submit resupply requests.
Pick up and distribute supplies and guest amenities as needed.
Secure homes after guest stays.
Minor maintenance duties such as changing a lightbulb or replacing batteries.
Create housekeeping, maintenance, and repair requests using provided software applications.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
Ability to work weekends
Must be computer literate (able to use Google software and smart phone apps to document inspections)
Background in vacation rentals a plus but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.50 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
