Hours: Full Time – 4x 10 Hour Days – Mon-Thurs
About Crandall Office Furniture:
Crandall Office Furniture was founded in 2002, and since then has grown to become the largest remanufacturer of office seating in the country. We are located in Greenville, Michigan, in a 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility where we remanufacture and send out in excess of 15,000 chairs every year. Our primary business is remanufacturing office chairs (primarily Steelcase, Herman Miller, and Haworth) and selling office chair parts. All of our remanufactured chairs leave our facility with new casters, new gas cylinder, new arm pads, new fabric, and a 12 year warranty (the same as a new chair).
We currently have ~25 full time employees and are in a growth phase of our organization.
About This Job:
Crandall Office Furniture is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help assemble, package, and ship remanufactured office chairs, upholstery jobs, and parts. You’ll be part of a tight-knit fulfillment team that takes pride in delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and shipped on time
- Perform final quality inspections before packaging
- Read and follow work orders accurately
- Prepare pallets for FedEx (carrier) ground shipments
- Assist with loading and unloading UPS trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
- Coordinate with upholstery and production to ensure product availability
- Assemble seat components as needed
- Pull, stock, and organize inventory parts
- Prepare boxes and materials for next-day fulfillment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Highschool education (required)
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills especially during high volume periods
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
- Has a positive attitude
- Flexible

- Quick learner
- Coachable
- Ability to lift 75lbs on a daily basis
- Sense of humor

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
