Epyllion Group is looking for Officer – Quality Assurance (Sewing), Gazipur
Job Description / Responsibility
- Participate in Pre-Production (PP) meetings and proactively identify potential sewing issues before line start
- Follow up the Line Feeding Checklist (First Sewing Output Inspection Report) to ensure a smooth and compliant line start
- Review first output garments against approved samples and follow up on the First Output Garment Measurement Report
- Report any measurement discrepancies or quality deviations to the QA Manager immediately, with reference to Critical Measurements Records
- Finalize critical operations and quality points for each style and brief Quality Inspectors and Quality Supervisors accordingly
- Issue and approve duplicate trim cards for each sewing line when a style runs across multiple lines
- Conduct First In-Line inspection after minimum 100 pcs output per line
- Review Buying Office Inline Inspection findings and coordinate with Production, IE, and QA teams to ensure timely corrective actions
- Monitor Hourly DHU Reports to identify recurring defects and collaborate with the Production team to implement collective corrective measures
- Check and maintain the Process Monitoring Checklist for all running lines
- Follow up on Quality Supervisors` daily routines and evaluate their work actions
- Train Quality Supervisors and Quality Inspectors on quality standards, inspection techniques, and company procedures
- Provide continuous feedback and performance guidance to subordinates
- Report any deviation from the QA system to the QA Manager promptly and maintain all required quality reports
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduation in relevant subject from any reputed university
- Skills Required: SEWING, Quality assurance and control
Experience Requirements
- At least 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments
