Job Summary:
The On Site Supervisor (Fit-Out Background) is responsible for overseeing on-site fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timely delivery, and adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all fit-out activities on-site.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications.
Manage subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project goals.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and progress.
Identify and resolve on-site issues or challenges promptly.
Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
Monitor material usage and coordinate timely procurement.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and standards.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
