Title: One Production Quality Assurance and one Production Quality Control Specialist in Medical Devices (M/F/X)
Company: CareForce One
Location: Liège, Walloon Region, Belgium
Are you ready to join a fast-growing European Biotech company reshaping the medical devices industry?
Following a major acquisition in the US and the expansion of our site in Liège, we are looking for two key operational pillars to strengthen our teams: a Production Operations Specialist (QA) and a Quality Control Specialist with experience in Production.
We value agility, hands-on expertise, and a collaborative mindset.
Your Daily Challenges
Depending on your expertise (Production or QC), you will be at the heart of our value chain:
- Production Focus: You will execute the manufacturing of medical devices (bulk preparation, filling, lyophilization). You will play a key role in transferring products from R&D to manufacturing and may assist in production planning.
- Quality Control Focus: You will guarantee product compliance through analytical testing (ELISA, qPCR, Mass Spectrometry). You will handle investigations (OOS/OOT) and ensure batch release.
- Transversal Expertise: For both roles, you will manage quality documentation (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control) within a regulated environment (ISO 13485, IVDR).
- Continuous Improvement: You will identify field-level optimizations and mentor junior technicians.
The Profile We Are Looking For
We are looking for pragmatic, solution-oriented professionals with solid field experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Biomedical Sciences.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of operational experience in the industry (Biotech, Medtech, or Pharma).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in lab techniques (reagent preparation) and/or analytical methods (ELISA, qPCR). Experience in a cleanroom environment is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Autonomous, versatile, and able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
