About The Viet Concept
The Viet Concept is a Dubai-based platform bringing contemporary Vietnamese designer fashion to customers across the GCC and international markets. Today, we partner with more than 40 Vietnamese designer brands and are building a new standard of customer experience, product quality, and craftsmanship for Vietnamese fashion globally.
As we enter our third year, we are looking for an Operation Specialist / Operation Manager to help us build stronger systems as we continue to grow.
Your Responsibilities
Product Quality Management
- Coordinate with designers and production partners to ensure products meet The Viet Concept’s quality standards.
- Review product quality before shipment.
- Handle quality issues, alterations, exchanges, and after-sales cases.
- Develop and improve quality control processes and checklists.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Experience Management
- Monitor customer conversations and ensure every customer receives a premium experience.
- Review customer service quality and coach the team on communication standards.
- Handle complex customer cases and propose the best solutions.
- Track customer satisfaction, complaints, returns, and exchanges.
- Continuously improve customer journey and internal processes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Experience, Quality Control, Retail, E-commerce, or Fashion.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Good written English is preferred.
- Experience in fashion, luxury retail, hospitality, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
