With inspections, audits and certifications, we support food growers, producers and retailers, as well as businesses in food service and hospitality, securing their food products’ journey from farm to shelf and fork.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Group’s COO, you will be responsible to ensure a smooth run of our daily Operations in the Food Division. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Developing, implementing, and refining Standard Operating Procedures based on stakeholder feedback and claim analysis, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Designing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive project success and ensure timely, reliable audit results, utilizing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategies for success.
Overseeing transversal projects by partnering with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and IT, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve organizational goals and enhance audit service delivery.
Maintaining continuous communication with key clients to deliver top-quality service and provide regular internal feedback on client satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Supervising and tracking the progress of various projects managed by the back-office teams within the Food Department, ensuring projects are advancing according to plan and meet established goals.
Staying updated on industry requirements and trends and promoting knowledge transfer to team members to foster ongoing improvement in audit processes.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
A Master’s degree in Engineering or any related background from an accredited University.
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in lean management and operational excellence.
A good understanding about the Supply Chain industry, Quality norms and CSR topics.
Excellent spoken English skills; ny additional language (French, Portuguese)would be a plus.
Very good communication and people’s skills, ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities.
Previous exposure to using AI at work or a strong personal acquaintance with AI products.
