Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our software company. The ideal candidate will ensure that business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives, while supporting cross-functional collaboration among Development, Product, HR, Sales and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and refine operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
Coordinate with development, QA, product, and support teams to streamline workflows and delivery pipelines.
Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and cost optimization across departments.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contractual obligations.
Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead internal initiatives related to project delivery, risk management, compliance, and quality assurance.
Drive the implementation of project management tools, reporting dashboards, and standard operating procedures.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and performance excellence.
Ensure legal, regulatory, and security compliance across all operational areas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in a software or tech environment.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and SaaS operations.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
