Your Responsibilities
• Oversee and optimize daily business operations and workflows
• Implement scalable processes to support business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. HR, Finance, Sales) to ensure alignment
• Track KPIs, manage reporting, and drive operational improvements
• Identify risks and propose solutions for process inefficiencies
• Lead operational projects from planning to execution
Your Profile
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, or business management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven experience with remote team collaboration
• Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Excel, Asana, or Monday.com
• Excellent communication skills in English (German/French is a plus)
• Based in Switzerland and authorized to work remotely
