About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager who’s passionate about leading teams, solving daily challenges, and driving results. This role is essential to overseeing the operations of key accounts within our contact center, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently — for both our team and our clients.

We’re seeking someone who’s strategic but also hands-on, who makes smart decisions and inspires others to do their best work every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned accounts within the contact center

Set clear goals and support your team in reaching them

Effectively allocate and manage resources (people, tools, technology)

Monitor KPIs and use data to drive decision-making

Manage budgets and track expenses

Hire, train, and coach team members to maintain high-quality service

Continuously improve internal processes

Evaluate team performance and provide feedback

Prepare operational reports and present key findings to leadership

Support any other tasks required to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Proven experience in call center operations or a similar leadership role

Strong background in customer service and team management

Solid understanding of performance metrics and operational reporting

Experience managing budgets and improving efficiency

Proficiency with tools like Excel, CRM platforms, and contact center software

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Resilient, adaptable, and proactive

Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Education:

High school diploma required; technical or university education is a plus

Call center management certifications are a strong asset

Language Requirement:

English level B2+ or C1 is mandatory (this is a non-negotiable requirement) due to frequent communication with international clients and teams
