Job Description

Monitor and evaluate the performance of field agents.
Compile and consolidate daily reports on case findings and resolutions
Requirements
Proven experience in project management.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in leading teams or managing operations staff.
Proficiency in Excel modeling and data analysis.
Experience from any background in operations management or related fields is highly preferred
