The Staff Pad is looking for a detail-oriented Operations/Quality Assurance Specialist in Chickasha, Oklahoma to review internal processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate to build solutions. Working from our Chickasha office, the Operations Specialist will be a valued member of our Operations team.

Computer Skills
Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi and Teams proficiency required
Education
Associates degree or above required
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred
Master’s degree in applicable field highly preferred
Experience
Business experience required
Quality systems experience required
Data analysis experience required
Industry experience preferred
LEAN Six Sigma – Minimum – Green Belt
Project management experience preferred
ISO experience highly preferred
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Driver’s license and insurance required
Certifications for quality assurance preferred
Certifications for soft skills preferred
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
-Review assigned processes for quality issues (e.g., safety, conformity, client experience, automation, and efficiency)
-Collect and analyze data as needed
-Document findings
-Report on successes as well as opportunities for improvement
-Collaborate organization-wide as needed to design and implement improved processes
