We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and coordinate complex projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Develop, implement, and refine workflows, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate logistics, project timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead and support teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Analyze risks and develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to assess challenges and implement effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, with Sunday and Monday’s off (4pm-Midnight, or 2pm-10pm EST. )
It is slower during those times, but they could call on other clients overseas in Europe, Asia, etc. They service 115 countries worldwide.
