- Support Package Manager as the contact point for quality control related activities and coordination.
- Perform review and approval of RFQ during TBE stage to ensure all required quality requirement and its related documents are captured.
- Review and verify vendor Technical Offer against RFQ.
- Support Quality Assurance team during PQ process.
- Review vendor related quality procedures, ensure it captures the minimum requirement of project specification.
- Review vendor ITP, ensure it captures the minimum requirement of project specification and define the level of control based on the criticality of item/equipment as well as the vendor characteristic.
- Perform PIM and KOM for quality section.
- Assist and coordinate activities associated with the implementation of lessons and learn from previous project and experience.
- Enforce strict adherence to the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) across all product lines, ensuring all 'Hold' and 'Witness' points are formally verified and tracked properly for its result.
- Act as primary point of contact for Third Party Inspector coordination.
- Support Quality Assurance for vendor audit.
- Lead the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process; identify defects, quarantine faulty materials, and track the status of corrections. And facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) session to get proper corrective and prevention actions avoiding defect recurrence.
- Lead the identification, categorization, and resolution of all punch list items, ensuring 100% closure of critical deficiencies prior to product shipment.
- Oversee the assembly of the Manufacturer’s Record Book (MRB), ensuring all material certificates, test reports, and other related quality documents are compiled properly and as per schedule.
- Manage and mentor a team of QC Inspectors, assigning daily task based on priorities.
- Consistently implement Process-Q approach when performing any task.
- In addition to the above, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by the Project Quality Manager
