What you will do :
Develop and design innovative & effective packaging solutions for products, while conducting inspections and analyses of competitors’ packaging materials.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Manage multiple packaging development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Oversee the packaging development budget and ensure cost control.
Coordinate with OEM/Toll manufacturing parties regarding the planning of packaging development processes and process improvements, including quality and workflow enhancements.
What you need :
Bachelor’s Degree with minimal GPA 3.00, majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Design / Chemical Engineering/ or any related fields.
Proficient in operating AutoCAD for technical drawings and skilled in designing, engineering, and developing types and kinds of packaging materials.
Strong knowledge about the packaging materials, packaging machine process, packaging barriers, and inspection methods
Strong knowledge about the development process flow & quality control and compliance with regulatory standards.
Experienced in managing suppliers and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of packaging materials.
