Responsibilities:
Loading of plastic containers to filling machines following manufacturing instructions.
Assembly of plastic containers and closures.
Manual placement of labels to containers and packaging material for identification.
Visual inspection of finished goods following quality standards.
Packaging of finished goods in individual or bulk packers.
Palletizing of shippers containing finished goods.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
Comply with company safety regulations.
Follow departmental procedures (SOP).
Communicate with machine maintenance and quality assurance staff any production issues.
Advise the Line lead or Production Supervisor of any issue, which may adversely affect the quality of finished goods.
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Skills and
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to do basic math which includes but is not limited to, additions, subtraction, division, multiplication, and calculating percentages.
Must be willing to work on any of the 2 shifts, and available for O.T. when necessary.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs. to waist high.
Must follow all company policies and procedures.
