Parts & Quality Control Coordinator / Delivery Driver
Hidden Creek Golf Carts of New Port Richey, Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing operation. This position plays an important role in keeping our parts department, service workflow, and customer deliveries running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is comfortable using technology, takes pride in organization and quality, communicates well with others, and is willing to assist in multiple areas of the business.
Position ResponsibilitiesParts Receiving & Organization
- Receive incoming parts and verify shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and properly store parts and materials.
- Track incoming and outgoing parts using company computer systems and/or Android tablets.
- Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient parts storage area.
- Communicate with service technicians and management regarding parts availability and order status.
- Help identify discrepancies, missing parts, or damaged shipments.
Quality Control
- Perform quality control inspections on golf carts after they have completed the repair or service process.
- Verify that repairs and service work have been completed properly before the cart is returned to the customer.
- Check overall operation, cleanliness, appearance, and functionality.
- Identify issues that may require additional attention before delivery.
- Document completed quality control checks using company systems or tablets.
- Help maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Pickup & Delivery
- Occasionally pick up and deliver golf carts to customers and other locations.
- Safely load, secure, transport, and unload golf carts.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Complete vehicle and delivery documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, and/or Android tablet.
- Ability to learn inventory tracking and service management software.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and trailers.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to lift and move parts and materials as needed.
- Previous experience in parts, inventory, automotive, golf cart, warehouse, or service environments is a plus, but not required.
