Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management systems, particularly in regulated environments such as automotive manufacturing, stamping or molding. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring that they meet both internal and external quality standards.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485 regulations.
Oversee the quality control processes including inspection, testing, and analysis of materials and products.
Lead a team of QA/QC professionals to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with project management teams to integrate quality considerations into product development cycles.
Analyze data from quality inspections and testing to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to senior management.
Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Experience
Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, and other relevant quality standards.
Experience in project management with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Familiarity with fabrication processes and techniques related to product development.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in quality inspection processes.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
