About the Role
This is not a traditional customer service, sales, or account management role.
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and compassionate individual who thinks like an investigator and cares deeply about improving patient outcomes.
Every fall incident, near miss, alert, and workflow challenge leaves clues.
Your job is to uncover those clues.
You will work closely with hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare teams to investigate incidents, identify patterns, generate insights, improve reporting, and recommend practical changes that improve care quality and patient safety.
You will also work directly with SmartPeep's Product and AI teams to continuously improve our platform, reporting capabilities, analytics, and user experience based on real-world healthcare needs.

What You’ll Do
🔎 Investigate & Improve Patient Safety
- Review fall incidents, alerts, and patient safety events.
- Conduct root cause investigations to identify contributing factors.
- Uncover hidden patterns and trends that may impact patient safety.
- Help healthcare teams understand what happened, why it happened, and how it can be prevented.
- Support quality improvement initiatives across hospitals and aged-care facilities.
📊 Transform Data Into Meaningful Insights
- Analyze operational and patient safety data.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that drive action.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks using data.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and performance tracking frameworks.
- Help healthcare providers make evidence-based decisions that improve care quality.
🤝 Partner With Healthcare Teams
- Train and support healthcare professionals in using SmartPeep solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with nurses, managers, and healthcare leaders.
- Gather operational feedback and understand frontline challenges.
- Help clients maximize the value and impact of SmartPeep's platform.
🚀 Improve Products & Innovation
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams.
- Translate healthcare challenges into product improvements.
- Recommend new reports, dashboards, insights, and analytics features.
- Identify opportunities to improve product quality and user experience.
- Act as the voice of healthcare users within SmartPeep.
🔄 Drive Continuous Improvement
- Continuously look for ways to improve workflows, reporting, processes, and outcomes.
- Recommend best practices based on data and real-world observations.

Skills & Experience
Strongly Preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience using Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, dashboards, and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to transform data into clear recommendations and actions
Valuable Experience
- Healthcare, aged care, hospitals, or healthcare technology
- Quality improvement, audits, compliance, or operational excellence
- Data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or performance monitoring
- Root cause analysis or incident investigation
- Process improvement or workflow optimization
- Training, facilitation, or stakeholder engagement
Educational Background
Candidates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
Backgrounds in healthcare, nursing, allied health, data analytics, engineering, operations, public health, business, quality management, or related fields are advantageous but not required.
