Job Description
This is a remote position.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF to validate functionality and ensure the stability of platform upgrades and customizations.
Work closely with developers, BAs, and platform owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Identify test scenarios and edge cases for both out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow applications.
Monitor and report on test execution, identify failures, and track defects using ServiceNow or integrated test management tools.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades by ensuring all ATF tests are up-to-date and pass in upgraded instances.
Continuously improve test strategies, coverage, and automation frameworks in ServiceNow.
Support manual testing as needed for new features not yet automated.
Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Document test plans, test cases, and test results thoroughly.
