What you’ll do
- Lead industrial relations: ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, handle disciplinary actions, grievance processes, and liaison with external parties when needed.
- Manage performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, coaching plans, performance improvement plans) and support leaders with people decisions.
- Handle employee relations with a fair, consistent approach — including engagement initiatives, internal communications, and employee events.
- Manage offboarding, termination, and separation processes (documentation, exit interviews, final settlement coordination) while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Maintain and improve HR policies/SOPs, contracts, and employee handbook documentation.
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration, payroll coordination, and contract documentation.
- Track HR metrics (headcount, turnover, time-to-hire, attendance/leave) and present insights.
- Drive training & development initiatives and support a strong culture across teams.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and hands-on experience in industrial relations (disciplinary handling, dispute resolution, and compliance).
- Strong experience running performance management cycles (OKRs/KPIs, reviews, coaching plans, PIP).
- Proven experience managing offboarding/termination processes with strong documentation and a people-first approach.
- Strong capability in employee relations & engagement (communications, initiatives, events) to support culture and retention.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions (operations, corporate, creative/marketing is a plus).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with processes, spreadsheets, and HR systems.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality, property, or service-based businesses.
- Experience building HR SOPs, job grading/levels, and performance frameworks.
- English proficiency for reporting and cross-team collaboration.
