Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Perceived Quality Engineer at Karigari in Pune. The Lead Perceived Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing quality engineering, control, assurance, product quality, and management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

** What You’ll Do**
– Define and implement geometry & appearance targets (gaps, flush, radii).
– Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure top-quality parts.
– Lead virtual and physical assessments to benchmark and meet Perceived Quality goals.
– Develop and enhance PQ processes while addressing diverse market needs.

** What We’re Looking For**
– Experience in
** automotive exterior/interior trim engineering**.
– Strong skills in
** GD&T**,
** CATIA**,
** VRED**, and
** Microsoft Office**.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
– Fluency in
** English**; knowledge of
** Hindi, French, or German
** is a plus.
